3. Account Registration and Property Organizer

Message Frequency. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and property search activity.

Message and Data Rates. Message and data rates may apply. Your carrier's standard messaging and data rates will be charged for SMS communications. HomeQual Realty Broker is not responsible for any charges from your mobile carrier.

Opt-Out. After opting out, you will receive a final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from HomeQual Realty Broker.

Carrier Liability. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No Sharing of Opt-In Data.
